BOXARR in UK Defense Mission to South Africa

BOXARR's VP of Global Alliances, Fraser Hamilton, was invited to join the UK Government Defense & Security Organisation mission to South Africa in May. The aim of the mission was to introduce leading British defense technologies and services to the South African Government, defense, and security sectors. Hosted by the South African Council for Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR), delegates spent the week meeting with government and military representatives and defense industry leaders such as Paramount Group and Denel.

"We were honoured to participate in this mission.", says Fraser, "It's well understood that South Africa has been undergoing a difficult transitional period, however, the country is committed to change and being an example and support to its neighbouring African nations. Our ability to help government, military, and industry solve massive scale challenges of complexity was enthusiastically received, and we're looking forward to building long-term relationships with the South African Government and its industry partners".
