BOXARR expands with appointment of Chief Financial Officer

January 29th, 2018 - BOXARR is pleased to announce the appointment of Roger Humm as Chief Financial Officer of the Company.

Roger is a chartered accountant and experienced finance director with extensive knowledge of high-growth technology companies both in the public and private markets.

He previously held corporate, financial, and senior management roles with Oxford Instruments both in the UK and USA including responsibility for corporate development, intellectual property, and establishing a corporate venturing portfolio. More recently he has worked with a number of companies including Ixico plc, NanoSight Limited, Blue Earth Diagnostics, and UKRD Group Limited

Roger gained his BSc in microbiology and virology from the University of Warwick before qualifying as a chartered accountant with Grant Thornton. He has an MBA from the University of Bath.

He is currently a non-executive director of Haydale Graphene Industries plc, finance director for OMass Technologies Limited and G-Volution Limited, sits on the investment committee of the University of Bristol Enterprise Funds, and is a trustee director of the Oxford Instruments plc final salary pension scheme.
